Prepare Your Best Work.

I help young artists create their best art work and organize it for potential scholarship and/or college admission.

I also assist with post-secondary searches and what prospective art students should include in their portfolios based on criteria set forth by universities and colleges.

Recent wins:

My students earned Pratt's Presidential Scholarship, early admission to Cornell University, and scholarships to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, University of the Arts, MICA, VCU, OTIS, SVA, and SCAD!

My coaching process includes the following steps, which are customized to each student:

  • Goal setting

  • Assessing current portfolio

  • Working towards completing the portfolio

  • Navigating what specific colleges and universities want to see in a portfolio

  • Preparing for interviews

  • Presentation of the portfolio

  • Tweaking the portfolio to suit specific requirements for postsecondary institutions

Throughout this process, I prompt clients to think about their big goals, break them down into smaller goals, and determine how they may get there.

As a result of working with me, clients will create a portfolio, as well as learn about the process and what colleges/universities expect in a portfolio.

I work one-on-one and through small group coaching with adolescents and young adults. My work is virtual, but I am happy to accommodate clients in person when possible.
